Kaldi’s on DeMun! No better place on earth to wrestle with the biggest questions. Grateful you came through our terrible storm, grateful you chose to share this.
I don’t read all your posts, but something grabbed me with this one…living in central Illinois we endured the storm a day ago when trees wrapped themselves around the entire yard around the farmhouse where our family lived. Farm buildings were crumpled and twisted but the house was safe. So were their pets. Then came another day of sunshine and sweet breezes and storm warnings again, but in St. Louis we heard of more…and four lives were lost yesterday. So glad to know you rode out the heavens’ fury with God. What a blessing for you and your family!
Thanking God for His faithfulness in keeping you safe during the tornado here in St. Louis. Thank your for writing storm words and hope words and true words of life in Christ. Praying that you have safe travels back to your home and family when your work is done!
You are such a good and faithful servant. I love your soul and your style and am glad that you are ok and still writing and selling your book and inspiring humans of all ages. ❤️🙏❤️
I cried as I read this, Tanner! I could feel it. I have been there in the hallway of middle school, in the coffee shop with the memories, and in the storms.
Seems there’s many these days. Writing is how I let go of all my emotions and find God in it. I’m not as faithful as you at sharing it, but once in a while, I can let myself be vulnerable like that.
Funny how our stories connect us with others that we may never meet in person.
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Your influence through story is a powerful force against the enemy! I pray that your influence go beyond your wildest imagination because I KNOW many will experience the love of the Father through it!
Thank you for your openness and authenticity. The lost and wounded will be drawn to the Light in you!

From funny to poignant in the same day--isn't that how life is? So happy you are safe. So happy God has give you words to connect us!
Wow! I love this!

I love that the story you chose to tell gives all the glory to God! May we all have eyes to see and words to tell about God's mercy in the madness!
Thanking God you are OK!!! Prayers are up for so many impacted by the storms.
Thank you so much, Tanner. I resonate with every word of this.
