Hello!
Today’s post is free for everyone. If you would like to support the work I do here, I’d love to have you support this ministry at the monthly, annual, or founding member level.
Sometimes I read through Scripture and wonder if it is too good to be true. The grace. The hope. The beauty. The redemption. It’s all too wonderful and kind to be true, isn’t it? But it is true. It really is. And that’s why I wrote the following.
It Really Is
It really is,
Grace upon grace.
It really is,
Beauty instead of ashes.
It really is,
Rejoice always.
It really is,
Do everything in love.
It really is,
Blessed are merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
It really is,
Give thanks in all circumstances.
It really is,
The first shall be last.
It really is,
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
It really is,
For nothing will be impossible for God.
It really is,
Love your neighbor as yourself.
It really is,
Walking by faith, not by sight.
It really is,
Outdo one another in showing honor.
It really is,
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; His love endures forever.
It really is,
Don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.
It really is,
Goodness and love that will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
It really is,
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
It really is
Something beautiful.
It really is
All for us, from Him.
And Christ really is,
With you always; yes, to the end of time.
He really is.

With hope,
Tanner
