I hope these words invite you to slow down and rest and remember what is true.

Hold Still and Remember

Before you move on, hold still.

I know there is much to do and a world waiting for you, but for a moment, let yourself be. 

Let stillness interrupt your busyness as you create space to breathe.

For all you have to do, won’t you take a moment to hold still and remember.

Remember you were not created to always be doing and moving.

Remember what God has carried you through and that you have a story worth living, a story worth sharing.

Remember Jesus meets us where we are and where we are is right where we need to be.

Remember you do not have to have all the answers to live today with faith and love.

So, before you move on, hold still and remember.
